Anaya Robinson
Anaya Robinson is a Latinx queer trans man, born and raised in West Michigan, who now calls Denver home. He has been working in policy advocacy with a systems focus for nearly a decade, and has nine years of non-profit management experience. Outside of his day job, he is one of three co-founders of the Transformative Freedom Fund. Anaya firmly believes that collectively working from an intersectional, anti-oppressive lens is the only way to fully dismantle systems of privilege and power and achieve true equity and justice.
Sophia Mayott-Guerrero
Raised in the San Luis Valley in Colorado, Sophia grew up with a family that instilled the importance of organizing, art, and social change. She has worked as an organizer and environmental advocate for nearly a decade. Sophia originally came to the movement through election field work after knocking on her first door in 2007 during the Alamosa School Board election. Since 2015, she has worked to expand the focus of the environmental movement to better support social justice. Her passion to work in a role that allows her to fully focus on justice, civil rights, and systemic equality is what brought her to the ACLU of Colorado.
